Devon Tolliver is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. He holds multiple certifications from AFAA Group Exercise, TSI Integrated Stretching, ISCA Boxing and Kickboxing and KettleBell from KettleBell Concepts. He also holds a national certification in NASM PES.
As a performance enhancement specialist, Devon has trained top athletes in NYC. His approach is to train his clients for strength conditioning, stamina, flexibility, weight management, stability and wellness. Devon excels in designing individual programs that enable clients to reach their fitness goals quicker and safer. His entire training methodology is movement and training average clients as if they were athletic professionals. Devon provides accurate fitness assessments for each client to discern their physical level, which is critical in order to know what is needed to achieve great fitness and wellness. With his continual motivation, each client is propelled to reach great fitness and wellness levels.
